Gesuch um Forderungsexekution.

Auf Grund des beigelegten Beschlusses des Landesgerichtes für Strafsachen Wien I vom 7. Dezember 1927,G.Z. Bl. XIV 984/27 (U IV 570/26) beantragt die betreibende Partei folgendeExekutionsbewilligung

Zur Hereinbringung der vollstreckbaren Forderungder betreibenden Partei von … S 527.09und von … S 11.20S 538.29und der Kosten dieses Antrages wird die Exekution durchI. Pfändung der der verpflichteten Partei gegen den Drittschuldner Konzertdirektion Georg Kugel, Wien VII. Faßziehergasse Nr. 7 auf Grund einer Veranstaltung eines Vortrages angeblich zustehenden Forderung im Betrage vonS 600.–II. Überweisung der gepfändeten Forderung zur Einziehung biszur Höhe der vollstreckbaren Forderung, unbeschadet etwafrüher erworbener Rechte dritter Personen bewilligt, unddem Drittschuldner verboten, zur Berichtigung der gepfändeten Forderung oder auf Abschlag dieser Forderung an dieverpflichtete Partei Zahlung zu leisten. Letzterer wirdjede Verfügung über die gepfändete Forderung, sowie überdas für die bestellte Pfand und insbesondere die gänzlicheoder teilweise Einziehung dieser Forderung untersagt.

Mit Zustellung dieses Zahlungsverbotes an denDrittschuldner ist die bewilligte Pfändung als bewirkt anzusehen und zugunsten der vollstreckbaren Förderung der betreibenden Partei an der oben bezeichneten Forderung einPfandrecht erworben.

Als Exekutionsgericht hat das Exekutionsgerichtin Wien einzuschreiten.
