In der Anlage übersende ich ergebenst Abschrift desUrteils des Amtsgerichts München, Strafgericht. DieAntipathie des Einzelrichters gegen das Traumstück trittauf Seite 8 des Urteils deutlich hervor. Man stellt nichtohne Verwunderung fest, dass auch die Verse „Valuta undZinsfuss“ zu den Teilen gerechnet werden, die „Andersgesinnte“zweifellos auf das stärkste erregen können! Um so mehr istanzunehmen, dass der Richter die Sache juristisch vollkommenkorrekt entschieden hat.

Ob die Gegenpartei Berufung eingelegt hat, muss icherst feststellen. Ich werde mir Bericht gestatten.
